Helping clinics manage the work around botulinum toxin treatment: patient co-payments, prescriptions, pharmacy orders and vial stock. Working with clinical, product and engineering colleagues, I've contributed to the development and adoption of a platform used by 45+ active clinics, with over 35,000 orders processed for 8,000+ patients.
- Built clinician-facing workflows in Next.js and TypeScript, translating clinic feedback into features and handling validation and edge cases.
- Owned and delivered features in Java backend services and APIs, and consolidated frontend integrations into a shared client with consistent authentication and error handling.
- Automated prescription, PBS co-payment and inventory workflows, improving traceability and reducing manual administration.
- Supported clinic onboarding, training and partner integrations, investigated production issues and coordinated fixes through to release.
